Megan and Lee’s wedding was picture perfect in every way! It was like Cinderella and Prince Charming getting married at the castle in perfect weather! Not only are these two ridiculously good looking, but they’re also one of the nicest most gracious couples you could ever hope to meet. Working with them was so easy and such a treat as our wedding season winds down!

The moments immediately after the ceremony felt straight out of a magazine–the light couldn’t have been more beautiful!

This was our first time at the Manor House and we fell in love with it–what an amazing venue!

We are so happy for Megan and Lee! May their life together be as beautiful as their wedding day!

It was such a pleasure to photograph Kassidi and Erik’s wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur. The wedding day marked a huge watershed in their relationship–after six years long-distance they are together again. Kassidi predicted that because of that, it would be a very emotional day for both of them, and she wasn’t wrong; Erik’s tearful wait for her at the beginning of the ceremony was one of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen at a wedding–he was wiping his eyes well before he could even see her! They were such awesome people to work with and hearing about all of their adventures up to this point makes me excited for them for all the ones to come!

dunafon castle wedding | colorado photographers

Kim and Shawn were married at the stunning Dunafon Castle at the end of August. One of the bonuses of our job is getting to see so many of the amazing venues around Colorado, and Dunafon Castle is one of the coolest we’ve seen! It was built in the 30s by a water engineer and includes a working water wheel on the property that used to power the castle. Kim, Shawn, and their family and friends were such dreams to work with. I loved learning more about them during the toasts and seeing how deeply loved and admired Kim and Shawn are by all those around them. Also–don’t miss Kim’s shoes, they were a present from Shawn! Kim’s sister Jenny is a wedding photographer and it’s always a little nerve-wracking to work with another photographer, but she couldn’t have been more gracious, so I will take a deep breath and hit ‘publish’ on this one! ;)
